It’s the exact same real-life game concept but instead of it being a funny film it’s a dark and grittier version of it. Also, Game Night is great and all, but it has nothing on this film!

Nicholas Van Orton (Michael Douglas) works as a banker and leads a relatively quiet life alone. On his birthday, Conrad (Sean Penn), his estranged brother, comes to him with a strange gift. The ability to take part in a personalized real-life game. Against his better judgment, Nicholas accepts the gift. At first, the game seems harmless as it begins. However, as Nicholas advances through it, it gets increasingly more personal, leading him to fear for his life. He now has no money, and no one left to trust. All the while he is on the run from agents who work for the unknown game organizers.

2. Horrible Bosses
Next up we have Horrible Bosses. Now, this is a hit or a miss. You’ll either like it or you won’t. You’ll have to watch it to find out. It is also one of the most similar movies to Game Night, so there is a good chance you’ll like it since you did like the former.

Nick (Jason Bateman), Dale (Charlie Day) and Kurt (Jason Sudeikis) all hate their employers and would love to put them six feet underground. They are in no position to quit their jobs so that can’t be an option. All they have is the help of a criminal and large amounts of alcohol and anger. They all work together to produce a foolproof plan to finally get rid of their horrible bosses. However, there’s one big problem. None of these men are really that smart, and their plan is highly complex.
We honestly loved this movie! You cannot take it too seriously, it’s not meant to be the best movie ever. It’s supposed to be a funny and entertaining movie to watch with some really cool stunts. You’re watching a bunch of grown men play an extreme version of Tag! It can’t get more ridiculous than that!

Five lifelong friends have been playing a competitive game of tag since they were children. Now as adults, they get together one month out of every year and risk everything from their relationships to their jobs to play in this competitive game against each other. This time around, the timing of the game also happens to land in the same month that the only undefeated player’s wedding is on. It should be a straightforward job to tag him. However, he knows they are coming for him and he would die before letting any of them ever tag him.
4. The Hangover
If you want a really good and long laugh, you’ll have to watch this one! It is absolutely hilarious and will keep you enthralled the entire time. Now, there are more movies in the series and although they aren’t as good as the first, they are still funny!

They accomplished their goal so well that none of them can remember anything about their crazy drug and alcohol-fueled night the next morning. That’s only part of the problem. They can’t seem to find Doug either. With no time to waste, the three hungover friends frantically search for Doug so that he can make it to his wedding on time.
5. Bad Moms
To put it simply, Bad Moms is hilarious, and you will not want it to end! Luckily, if you like this one, which you most likely will, there’s a second one too, which is just as funny if not even funnier!

Amy (Mila Kunis) is a hardworking mom who can’t seem to catch a break. It’s only a matter of time before she breaks. She and two other underappreciated moms end up agreeing to ditch their usual responsibilities and be bad moms for once. They are ready to have fun and treat themselves with some way overdue freedom. All the while they go to war with the PTA queen Gwendolyn (Christina Applegate) and her little group of self-proclaimed perfect moms.
Alright, so Melissa McCarthy acting as a spy should be all you need to hear to watch this movie. As you can expect it’s hilarious and filled with funny moments and some pretty good action. If you haven’t seen it, it’s worth a watch.

Susan Cooper (Melissa McCarthy) is a CIA analyst who has spent her entire career behind a desk with her partner Bradley Fine (Jude Law), even though she has had good field training. Her job is to make sure that she keeps Bradley out of harm’s way using an earpiece and other high-tech stuff. One day though, Rayna Boyanov (Rose Byrne) a Bulgarian arms dealer, kills Bradley leaving Susan in an angry mess. She finds her way into her first undercover assignment to capture Rayna and avenge her dead partner.
