There’s no question as to why The Terminator is one of the best movies on Amazon Prime. It’s an action classic and it doesn’t disappoint. You get to see Arnold Schwarzenegger in his prime and man does he make a great killer robot!

A cyborg, known as the Terminator (Arnold Schwarzenegger), has been sent into the past from 2029 to 1984 on a mission to assassinate a girl named Sarah Connor (Linda Hamilton). The Terminator isn’t the only one sent back in time. Chasing after it, a man named Kyle Reese (Michael Biehn) also travels back to 1984 in order to protect Sarah Connor from this machine. He explains that an artificial intelligence known as Skynet has taken over the world in the future and is trying to wipe out the human race. Skynet has uncovered that Sarah Connor’s unborn son leads the revolution against the machines. If Kyle fails in protecting her, then any hope of survival is lost.
No other movie we have ever watched has left us more uncomfortable and wanting to crawl out of our skins than this one right here. The psychological horror aspect of this movie is intense as hell. Fair warning, this movie isn’t for the faint of heart!
Midsommar Movie Description
A couple and their group of friends have decided to travel to Sweden to take part in a Midsommar festival held in the hometown of one of their buddies. The trip started as a relaxing break from life but very quickly takes a sinister turn. The couple finds themselves trapped and taking part in a gore-filled and insane competition held by a pagan cult.

This movie really gets you thinking about what our government agencies really are up to in secret. For all we know this stuff happens every day while everyone goes about their normal life. Adam Driver knocks it out of the park again with this movie.

5. The Big Sick
This one is for all you hopeless romantics out there. This is one of the best romance movies to date. Unlike a lot of the dry and melodramatic romantic movies out there, this one has some depth to it and you really form a connection with the characters.

Things take a sad turn when Emily ends up with a sickness that leaves her in a coma. During this time, Kumail finds himself building a strong relationship with her worried parents.
6. A Quiet Place
John Krasinski has created one of the best horror films you can watch. How long could you live in a world where you can’t make a single sound or you will face a quick and gruesome death? The movie shows you just how terrifying and difficult it would be to make it in this world. This makes for a very entertaining movie!

Whoever survived the attack must now live in complete silence or they will suffer a gruesome death. Humans do not run the world anymore. Instead, creatures that hunt using sound have killed off most people. Even a needle dropping miles away will attract these killer monsters. Evelyn (Emily Blunt) and Lee (John Krasinski) managed to survive this attack with their two children.
The only thing they care about is keeping their kids safe and teaching them how to survive. Complications arise when Evelyn has to figure out how to give birth without making a sound. The family works together to make a plan to keep the creatures from hearing. If the birth is successful then they must also find a way to keep the newborn silent.
