So, who in the world doesn’t love a good zombie movie or show?! Personally, we absolutely love anything to do with zombies! And luckily for us, and all of you, there are some great movies in the zombie genre.

1. World War Z

You already know that we had to put World War Z on this zombie movies list! How could we not!?

The freaky thing about this movie is that the zombies aren’t slow but run incredibly fast! If there were a zombie apocalypse, we sure hope that the zombies are slow and not soulless sprinters like these! Give this a watch if you haven’t seen it!

Gerry Lane (Brad Pitt), an ex-investigator, ends up in a sticky situation when he and his family find themselves trapped in gridlock. In a matter of seconds, everything around them goes into complete uncontrollable chaos. A virus has found its way into people, turning them into flesh-hungry manic creatures. In hopes of saving the entire world from an illness which spreads by bite, Gerry leads a team in search of a cure to this catastrophic virus.

2. Train to Busan

This is one hell of a zombie movie and if you are looking for something incredibly intense and a bit more realistically gory, then this is for you. We highly recommend giving this one a watch.

If you haven’t watched this movie, then you can’t call yourself a true zombie fanatic. This is a must watch for all zombie moviegoers. Give it a watch if you haven’t already.

4. Shaun of the Dead

This movie shows you that even a nerdy little guy can stand and fight in a zombie apocalypse. So now we know there is hope for all of us. In all reality, this movie is outstanding, and you should definitely give it a watch.

Shaun (Simon Pegg) and his best friend Ed (Nick Frost) live a very simple and boring life in the outskirts of London. By many people’s standards, Shaun would be classified as a loser. Even his girlfriend Liz (Kate Ashfield) wants Shaun to grow up and turn into a man. However, when the town ends up overrun by killer zombies, Shaun has to climb out of the rock he hides under and protect those he loves.

5. Zombie Land

Just the fact that one of the character’s names is Tallahassee should hint that this is a damn great movie! A handful of highly known actors make an appearance in this movie. It is definitely worth a watch.

After a virus has turned most humans into zombies, a group of four fight for their lives to reach a place secure and safe from the flesh-eating monsters. The group includes Tallahassee (Woody Harrelson), Columbus (Jesse Eisenberg), Wichita (Emma Stone), and Little Rock (Abigail Breslin) fighting their way to the so-called safe haven following a set of strategies which should guarantee their safety against the zombies.

6. Warm Bodies

Well, we had to throw in a love story zombie movie for you romantic zombie lovers reading this. Because who couldn’t use a little love story to sugarcoat the fact that people are being eaten alive?! Warm Bodies should satisfy you plenty if you’re looking for a romantic zombie movie. Go ahead and give it a watch – if that’s your thing.

A plague has rendered half of the population zombies. However, one of those zombies stands out from the rest and possesses an unusual quality. R (Nicholas Hoult) comes upon a human girl, Julie (Teresa Palmer), under attack by a fellow zombie. In an unlikely manner, R saves Julie from the attack, in turn, sparking a most unlikely relationship. Now, for the first time, a human and a zombie grow a deep bond between each other which may be the key to saving the planet.

7. I Am Legend

For our final movie on the zombie movies list we just had to put I Am Legend! This is one hell of a film and performance by Will Smith! If you haven’t seen this go ahead and give it a watch now!

A scientist named Robert Neville (Will Smith) now makes his way through New York City believing he is alone in this dangerous and empty world filled with the infected looking to kill off all humans. As the infected wait for Neville to make a mistake, he works on a cure and attempts to communicate with other survivors. However, his odds don’t look good at all.
